Welcome! Following Dottie's retirement from appraising in 2007, she is happy to be back with Coldwell Banker Schwab Realty where she is ready to assist home buyers and sellers. Her expertise estimating property values throughout the greater Oshkosh area will benefit those seeking her services.
She has maintained her Real Estate Broker's License since starting with Coldwell Banker Schwab Realty in 1990. During the period from 1993 through 2007 she served the profession as a Wisconsin Certified Appraiser, successfully preparing and delivering residential appraisals to lenders, mortgage brokers, attorneys and individual home owners in Winnebago and surrounding counties. She has been a member of the Appraisal Committee for Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin.
Dottie has been a respected, active member of the community for more than 30 years, known as the former Volunteer Coordinator at Park View Health Center, and Executuve Director of Camp Fire Girls & Boys.
She is also active as a member of Altrusa International of Oshkosh, Women's Division, a musician with community bands, volunteer for Oshkosh Christian and Valley Christian Schools and The Salvation Army and working with her husband Tom on many community projects. The Dowmans have five children and several grandchildren.
